To ensure you get perfect fit, we give you a Custom Fitting feature. Yes ! Your attire can be custom fitted provided your size fall under the size range mentioned in the size chart.

1. Our team will call you and take required measurement details over the phone or email as per your preferred date & time.

2. You can also visit any of our nearest store for giving measurements.

3. You can also visit any of your nearest tailor and help us with the required details for custom fittings.

4. Your attire will be custom fitted at our workshop & will be delivered to you on your delivery date.

Alterations will done only for women blouses. Note: No alterations on Lehenga length. For men the sizes are mentioned as per availability

1. Refundable Security deposit to be paid at the time of shipment and will be returned upon receiving the outfit back in good condition.

2.  Customers will have to provide the security deposit at the time of the shipment.

3.  Online Deposit shall be refunded within 30 working days post return of the outfit.

4.  Customers while renting an outfit are requested to inspect and point out any damage/spots/markings etc upon receipt in order to avoid any damage cost later.

5.  Any modification / alteration will be considered as irreparable damage and security deposit will be forfeited

6.  If a garment is returned in damaged or in dirty condition, the amount of damage shall be deducted from the security deposit.

7. In case of loss or the garment is not reparable then 30% of MRP will be charged to the client.

Refundable Deposit Amount:

1. Bookings up to Rs. 2499 will be charged Rs. 5000 refundable security deposit
    
2. Bookings from Rs. 2500 up to Rs. 4999 will be charged Rs. 8000 refundable security deposit.
    
3. Bookings from Rs. 5000 up to Rs. 9999 will be charged Rs. 15000 refundable security deposit
    
4. Bookings from Rs. 10000 up to Rs. 14999 will be charged Rs. 20000 refundable security deposit
    
5. Bookings from Rs. 15000 up to Rs. 19999 will be charged Rs. 25000 refundable security deposit
    
6. Bookings from Rs. 20,000 up-to Rs. 29999 will be charged Rs. 35,000 refundable security deposit.
    
7. Bookings from Rs. 30,000 up-to Rs. 39999 will be charged Rs. 45,000 refundable security deposit.
    
8. Booking above 40,000 will be charged Rs. 50,000 refundable security deposit.
    
9. Cash Security Deposit shall be refunded immediately after the quality check.
    
10. Online Security Deposit shall be refunded in 30 working days.
